Medical/Mature Aged Application

A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to process all pre-existing condition/mature age applications. When the policy is issued the deposit will be deducted from the discount price of the policy.

Overseas Postal Charges

If you are overseas and require a hard copy to be sent to you at the overseas address a fee of $10.00 + GST will be charged.

Duplicate handling fee

If you require a duplicate copy of your document/s to be sent to you a fee of $10.00 will be charged.

Cancellation Fee

A service fee of $20 + GST will be charged for any policy cancelled after the documetation has been despatched by us(whether inside or outside any statutory cooling off period and is purely a cost recovery charge for work undertaken and postage etc).  As the posting of the documentation occurs on the day the policy is issued, we strongly that you ensure you have selected the policy best suited to your needs.
